What is one thing people should know about you?: I am a closet SciFi/Fantasy nerd! #harrypotter4lyfe
What are your favorite mantras? “Cream is for republicans” Jim Donini
Last song you caught yourself singing along to? Chitty Chitty bang bang… I about killed something
Why the Summit Endurance Academy for coaching? Flexibility with my schedule (I travel a lot and have a weird daily mix-up with any variety of things!)
What are three things you always pack on any trip? Foam Roller, slippers, swimsuit
Favorite superhero? Wolverine
Are you more of a hunter or a gatherer? Gatherer
Name three weakness/guilty pleasures? Beer, couches, bed
What inspires you? Mountains and people that say “fuck it!” Mountains are the canvas for all things that bring me happiness and fulfillment. I live in them, play in them, and love in them!! “Fuck it” … Now that’s an interesting one… I don’t have this gene or mentality, but I find people that do very interesting. I will never do certain things athletically because I have a self reserve that almost always holds me back the last 10%. People that have the “fuck it” gene really push me out of that reserve and get me to my full potential.
What do you do to relax? Watch really shitty TV… White Collar is one of my go to shows when I want to turn the brain off.
What is your spirit animal? T-Rex… That was my nickname in high school. Apparently, I looked like one when I ran. I have normal length arms though.
What are your nutrition principles? Eat food and drink a lot of water. I try to eat simple foods and not eat things with ingredients I cannot pronounce.
Who is your hero? Anyone that is comfortable, confident, and humble in the mountains. People always amaze me out there and I look up to anyone that exhibits those three traits.
If you had the chance to talk to your hero this instant, what would you ask him/her? HOW DO YOU DO IT?!?!
What question should I have asked? Single or double stuff oreos…
